We have most of the documents but it still took a while to put them together in a digital folder. The financial portion also took a while to download all the statements and then summarize them in terms of assets and income.
Open Items:
1) Notarizations on the copies of our visa applications and passports
2) One remaining financial item to document for my wife
3) Our addresses on our ID’s no longer match our statements or NIF’s so we need to resolve that
4) We need to find a print shop in Lagos Portugal where we can print everything out and organize it in an presentable fashion
So, not the most exciting day but we did make progress on our documentation. Bi was feeling sick and feverish as well so I tried to make her tea. By the evening, she was feeling a little better so we decided to go out to dinner at Gorillas. We had the Chicken Pad Thai, Pho, Massaman Curry, Honey Chicken Wings, and Dumplings. (Cost: 50 EUR) I thought it was fairly good but Bi is the real foodie and Asian food expert and was not very impressed. However, the atmosphere is nice and well decorated.
Haha.. far from food expert but I definitely like to eat. Lagos needs good asian food badly!
