Day 41 (Monday, November 8, 2021)

I woke up around 7:30-8:00am, did some writing, and had a bowl of granola cereal. Then I went to get my haircut at Eduardo’s Men’s Saloon which is a fairly unique and eccentric little place with surfboards and guitars on the walls and a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. (Cost: 12 EUR)
Meanwhile, Bi went to the beauty salon as well (70 EUR Eyelash lift and tint and eyebrow lamination).
After my haircut I vacuumed the apartment and did some laundry and Bi picked up some empanadas and a brownie from Empanadas & Company (Cost: 18 EUR). Then we ate empanadas together on our little balcony and looked out on the town.
In the afternoon, we biked over to Lagos marina and took a boat tour along the coast (Cost 40 EUR for two people). The boat ride was wonderful and we got to see quite a lot of the coastline and rocky grottos that are not accessible from the shore. Click on the photo below to see the video of the boat trip!!
After the boat tour, we biked to Pingo Doce for some grocery shopping (Cost: 76.62 EUR) and then biked back to the apartment from there.
In the evening, we went out to dinner for our Anniversary at Restaurante dos Artistas which is only a block from our place and is a Michelin star restaurant. (Cost: 135.40 EUR for 5 course dinner and drinks)
