Day 87 (Friday, December 24, 2021)

Today, I woke up at 8 am and went for a morning workout. Here is what I did:

Ran 4.84 Miles (2.4 Miles to the Calisthenics Park and back), 2 sets of 10 pullups to chest level or as high as possible, 2 sets of 10 explosive pull-ups, 2 sets of 15 Australian pull-ups (basically bodyweight rows from the rings), 2 sets of 10 negative muscle ups, 2 sets of 12 dips from the bar, 2 sets of 15 explosive bar dips, 2 sets of 10 jumping muscle ups, 2 sets of 10 toes to bar reps, 2 sets of hanging L sits holding for 20 seconds, 2 sets of 12 scapular shrugs, 100 pushups (30/25/25/10/10).

The distance to this park was considerably longer than to the one in Lagos but the run felt fine. I trimmed down the calisthenics workout since my elbow is still having issues from what I believe is Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I have been taking ibuprofen for the inflammation and trying to sleep with my arm straight to relieve the issue.

We attempted to take Sydney for her 2nd dose of Nobivac shots for CANINE DISTEMPER-ADENOVIRUS TYPE 2-PARAINFLUENZA-PARVOVIRUS VACCINE. However, it sounds like we have to wait another week to Dec 29th.

So, we went grocery shopping at Budgens and picked up some groceries. (Cost: 46.44 Pounds)

Then we came home and made lunch and some mulled wine with orange juice, cloves, cinnamon sticks. Delicious on a cold day!
