Day 32 (Saturday, October 30, 2021)

Cost for the Day are in the Table below:

Woke up at 7am and went for my morning run and calisthenics. This time, I took Daisy with me as well. Here is what I did:

Ran 1.3 Miles (0.6 Miles to the Calisthenics park and back), 4 sets of 10 pullups to chest level, 4 sets of dips from the pullup bar going as low as possible, 4 sets of 8 leg raises, 100 pushups (40/20/20/20), 1 minute straight arm side planks – Left/Right/Regular, 40 inverted rows from the rings, 3 sets of attempted side holds from the bars but it was raining so they were too slippery. This is actually the rainy season now so there will probably be many more rainy days going forwards in November and December. However, I think today was the first rainy day we have had.

Daisy was a bit crazy on the run darting every which way. At the calisthenics park she was barking at every dog or scooter that went by so I am sure the people in the mid-rises near there were not so happy. We are trying to train her a bit but she is a somewhat frantic at times. Anyway, it was good to get her out for a run.

When we got home, I had a coffee and wrote for a while and Bi made breakfast burritos, blueberries, and oranges. It was delicious!

Breakfast Burritos with Blueberries and Oranges!

In the early afternoon, I went to the Magic Board Center to pickup my surfboard that had been repaired. (Cost 45 EUR). Below are the before and after photos.

I think they did a good job but you can tell the board was repaired and I think the finish on the top is not as good as I would like. I guess I got spoiled by the repairs we used to get in Australia by a guy named Tommy in Manly. His repairs were nearly perfect. You really couldn’t even tell the board had been damaged and his color matching was spot on.

In the evening, I cooked dinner – onions, mushrooms, and beef spaghetti with toasted bread. I think it turned out rather well.

Since it was rainy out, we stayed in and watched a movie – Army of Thieves which I really enjoyed.
