Day 67 (Saturday, December 4, 2021)

Today, I woke up at 7am and went for my morning run and calisthenics workout. Here is what I did:
Ran 1.28 Miles (0.6 Miles to the Calisthenics Park and back), 4 sets of 10 pullups to chest level or as high as possible, 4 sets of 10 dips from the bar going as low as possible, 100 pushups (25/25/25/25), 4 sets of 8 straight leg raises, 4 sets of 10 chin ups, 1 minute straight arm planks – Right/Left/Regular with dips or arm/leg raises in last 15-30 seconds, sides holds from the bars for 10-15 seconds, 50 hanging rows from the rings (20/15/15), 3 sets of 10 push ups from the rings.
I wasn’t able to do a muscle up today so I need to stay on top of my workouts if I want to be able to maintain or improve on those.
After my workout, I came home and had some coffee while I listened to ABC World News Tonight with David Muir. Then I cooked a hearty breakfast of eggs, sausage, halloumi, and rice with cheesy toast for Bi and I.
Then we watched some dog training videos and decided to buy lifetime access to Zak George’s online videos which are currently 60% off. (Cost: 88.19 USD Pupford Academy Lifetime) The approach and videos are helpful so far and we like watching the video’s together vs. reading a book.
In the evening we had a Surf Lagos get together at the villa that Dom is renting. Everyone brought a dish so I made cucumber salad and Bi made cheesy bread like miniature pizzas and also brie, cranberry, toast snacks.
The villa had a gorgeous view of Porto Mos beach and a wide open patio so it was the perfect place for a little party. The food was great, the company and conversation was lively, and the music by Sebastien and Sofie was so much fun.
